Lise Janice ARAKAZA is the Investor Relations and Business Development Manager at Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
With a strong background in finance and a deep commitment to Africa’s socioeconomic development, Lise plays an integral role in bridging international investors with Rwanda’s thriving financial landscape. She facilitates cross-border transactions and forges global strategic partnerships within the investment community, contributing to Rwanda’s growth as a premier financial destination for international investment.
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Lise worked on Mergers and Acquisitions at Wilmington Trust in the United States, focusing on global capital markets entity administration serving high net-worth private and institutional clients. She also worked at the Rwanda Development Board where she honed her financial analysis skills and specialized in structuring PPP deals.
Lise is a certified compliance expert accredited by the International Association of Compliance, UK. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota and an Executive Masters in Financial Services Industry from Luxembourg School of Business.
