The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) hosted its 1st Chief Finance Officers Forum from the 23rd to the 25th of August 2023 in Rubavu aimed at providing participants with insights on the profound changes currently shaping the world, and how they can respond as leaders, with better and more strategic decisions.
