Anita MUTESI is the Senior Capacity Building Program Manager at the Kigali International Financial Centre, a financial centre facilitating international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.

KIFC’s mandate is to position Rwanda as a preferred financial jurisdiction for investments in Africa by offering an attractive, competitive, and investor-friendly environment, fully compliant with international best practices.

Anita is a capacity-building and project management professional with over 10 years of experience.

Prior to joining KIFC, Anita provided technical support on donor-funded projects at NIRDA and worked with the Capacity Development and Employment Services Board (CESB) as the Economic and Governance cluster specialist.

Anita holds a Master’s degree in Development Cooperation from Ewha Woman’s University in South Korea and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the School of Finance and Banking in Rwanda.
