Anita MUTESI is the Senior Capacity Building Program Manager of Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Anita is a capacity-building and project management professional with over 10 years of experience.
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Anita provided technical support on donor-funded projects at NIRDA and worked with the Capacity Development and Employment Services Board (CESB) as the Economic and Governance cluster specialist.
Anita holds a Master’s degree in Development Cooperation from Ewha Woman’s University in South Korea and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the School of Finance and Banking in Rwanda.
