Armand MUGANGA is the Business Development Manager at Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Armand brings over 11 years of experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnership management across fintech, real estate, and entrepreneurial sectors.
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Armand held leadership roles at Hantec Group and Deriv (RW) Ltd, where he led regional market expansion efforts, scaled affiliate networks, and built high-impact stakeholder relationships across Africa. He also worked with Inkomoko Entrepreneur Development, where he developed and executed national sales strategies that significantly boosted client acquisition and revenue growth.
Armand is backed by an academic background in Business Administration and is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He also earned a certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business.
