Brice RUKIRANDE is the IT Manager of Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Brice has expertise across several IT areas including IT Project Management, IT risk management, and IT system design.
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Brice worked for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN) and the eProcurement Project, where he was part of the IT technical team.
Brice holds a bachelor’s degree in information management from the Adventist University of Central Africa.
