Ms. Louise Kanyonga is the Chief Executive Officer of Zigama Credit and Savings Society (Zigama CSS). Prior to that, she served as the Deputy CEO at the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB), and held different roles at the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), including Chief Strategy & Compliance Officer, Head of Strategy & Competitiveness, and Registrar General. She started her public service career as a policy analyst in the Strategy and Policy Unit, Office of the President, where she was part of a team that provided independent policy analysis in the presidency.
Ms. Kanyonga is a lawyer by training, specialized in commercial and corporate law, having attained her LLB in South Africa at the University of the Witwatersrand and a Masters in Law (LLM) at Harvard Law School.
