Ms. Louise Kanyonga is the Deputy CEO at the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB). Prior to that, she served in different capacities at the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), including Chief Strategy & Compliance Officer, Head of Strategy & Competitiveness and Registrar General. She started out her public service career as a policy analyst in the Strategy and Policy Unit, Office of the President, where she was part of a team that provided independent policy analysis in the presidency.
Ms. Kanyonga is a lawyer by training, specialized in commercial and corporate law, having attained her LLB in South Africa at the University of the Witwatersrand and a Masters in Law (LLM) at Harvard Law School.
