Pascal MANIRAGUHA is the Accountant of Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Pascal has over six years of experience in accounting and financial management,
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance Limited, he served as an accountant at Akagera Business Group (ABG Ltd).
Pascal holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences from the University of Rwanda (former NUR), and he is currently pursuing a CPA qualification at an advanced level through the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB).
