Herve Frederic RUGWIZANGOGA is an Investor Relations and Business Development Manager at the Kigali International Financial Centre, a financial centre facilitating international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
KIFC’s mandate is to position Rwanda as a preferred financial jurisdiction for investments in Africa by offering an attractive, competitive, and investor-friendly environment, fully compliant with international best practices.
Herve has a decade of combined experience in the Financial and Telecom sectors of Rwanda, having worked for BK Securities Ltd (now BK Capital), an investment banking subsidiary of BK Group, the largest Financial Group in Rwanda and Airtel Rwanda.
Prior to joining KIFC, Herve was the On-Ground Products & Services Officer at RwandAir where his main responsibilities were to design and implement strategies to continuously improve the customer experience as well as to ensure the delivery of world-class services and products to passengers at Kigali International Airport and across RwandAir growing network.
Herve holds an MBA in Aviation Management from Jain University, India, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Rwanda.
