Théogène ISHIMWE is the Communications Officer at the Kigali International Financial Centre, a financial centre facilitating international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
KIFC’s mandate is to position Rwanda as a preferred financial jurisdiction for investments in Africa by offering an attractive, competitive, and investor-friendly environment, fully compliant with international best practices.
Théogène is a communication professional experienced in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, content creation, and strategic communications planning.
Prior to joining KIFC, Théogène was a Public Relations and Communication Officer at Rwanda Polytechnic Higher Learning Institution. He also worked as a Freelance Reporter at The New Times Rwanda.
Théogène holds a Bachelor of Journalism and Communication with a major in Communication from the National University of Rwanda.
