Bolingo is a Digital and Multimedia Officer at the Kigali International Financial Centre, a financial centre facilitating international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
KIFC’s mandate is to position Rwanda as a preferred financial jurisdiction for investments in Africa by offering an attractive, competitive, and investor-friendly environment, fully compliant with international best practices.
Bolingo brings extensive experience in creating designs that effectively convey brand identity and messaging, and is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced multimedia production tools.
Prior to joining KIFC, Bolingo worked as a Digital Content Developer at the Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB). He also served in several multimedia workshops at RTB and GIZ, and worked in creative roles at various companies, including Elevation East Africa and ABG Rwanda.
Bolingo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Design, with a specialization in Communication, from the University of Rwanda.
