Charlotte UWASE is the Strategy and Impact Analyst of Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Prior to being the Strategy and Impact Analyst, Charlotte was the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Finance Limited.
Charlotte holds a bachelor’s degree in international business administration from the United States International University- Africa in Kenya.
