Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC) proudly welcomes the launch of Apex Group’s new office in Rwanda, marking a significant milestone in the country’s emergence as a leading financial hub in Africa. Delivering a key note speech at the Apex’s office launch in Rwanda, the Governor of National Bank of Rwanda (NBR) Soraya M. Hakuziyaremye noted APEX’s presence will strengthen Rwanda’s financial ecosystem, develop local talent, create opportunities for young professionals, and support the country’s vision of becoming a leading financial hub.
