The Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC) launched the Financial Sector Skills Survey Report on 10 December 2024.
The report provides a comprehensive analysis of Rwanda’s financial sector skills landscape, highlighting key gaps and opportunities to build a robust and future-ready workforce, instilling investor confidence in our financial sector and enhancing Rwanda’s positioning as a leading financial hub in Africa.
The launch of the Financial Sector Skills Survey Report marked a significant moment, bringing together government officials, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
The report will serve as a strong foundation for policymakers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to make informed decisions and design interventions to address the gaps identified.
