According to the latest labor market survey, the sector currently employs only 1% of the total workforce; estimated 38,434 professionals.(Rwanda Labour Force survey 2020) Assuming a consistent growth rate, financial services will be set to see an increase in job creation of 34% (estimated) by 2025.
