Cindy ILIZA RUVEBANA is an Investor Relations & Business Development Manager at the Kigali International Financial Centre, a financial centre facilitating international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
KIFC’s mandate is to position Rwanda as a preferred financial jurisdiction for investments in Africa by offering an attractive, competitive, and investor-friendly environment, fully compliant with international best practices.
Cindy is a specialist in finance and investment with a unique blend of analytical and quantitative skills.
Prior to joining KIFC, Cindy worked as an intern in different institutions including IMBUTO Foundation, Bank of Kigali, Rwanda Social Security Board, Prime Insurance, and Ecobank.
Cindy holds an MSc in Financial Analysis from Rutgers University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Central Michigan University.
