Clarisse Muhorakeye is the Human Resources and Administration Manager at Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Clarisse has over five years of expertise in HR and administrative roles.
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Clarisse was an HR & Admin Officer at the Agaciro Development Fund.
She is experienced and passionate about people management, organizational development, and efficient HR practices.
Clarisse holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma Christian University.
