Herve Frederic RUGWIZANGOGA is an Investor Relations and Business Development Manager of Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Herve has a decade of combined experience in the Financial and Telecom sectors of Rwanda, having worked for BK Securities Ltd (now BK Capital), an investment banking subsidiary of BK Group, the largest Financial Group in Rwanda and Airtel Rwanda.
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Herve was the On-Ground Products & Services Officer at RwandAir where his main responsibilities were to design and implement strategies to continuously improve the customer experience as well as to ensure the delivery of world-class services and products to passengers at Kigali International Airport and across RwandAir growing network.
Herve holds an MBA in Aviation Management from Jain University, India, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Rwanda.
