Joie-Grâce Ruzibiza is the Communications Manager at the Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC), a financial centre that facilitates international investment and cross-border transactions across Africa. KIFC’s mandate is to position Rwanda as a preferred financial jurisdiction by offering an attractive, competitive, and investor-friendly environment that is fully compliant with international best practices.

Joie-Grâce brings over 15 years of experience in strategic communications, media relations, advocacy, and digital engagement, with a strong background in international development, UN agencies, government institutions, and the private sector. Her expertise spans corporate communications, crisis and emergency communications, donor visibility, and stakeholder engagement in multicultural and high-pressure environments.

Prior to joining KIFC, she worked with United Nations agencies, GIZ, government institutions, NGOs, and regional programmes across East and Southern Africa. Her roles included leading communication strategies, managing digital and social media platforms, producing high-level publications and impact reports, coordinating media relations, and supporting advocacy campaigns on economic development, employment promotion, gender equality, and volunteerism. She has also consulted for NGOs and training institutions in Rwanda and Tanzania, supporting communications strategy development, fundraising, and organizational visibility.

Joie-Grâce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the National University of Rwanda. She is fluent in English and French, with working proficiency in Swahili and Kinyarwanda, and brings strong technical skills in digital content creation and visual communication tools.
