Leila RWAGASANA is the FinTech Lead at Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Leila is a business development and partnerships professional with 10 years of work experience in Rwanda and across the continent.
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Leila was the Director of Partnerships at Irembo, a tech leader in Rwanda that focuses on building digital solutions for government, businesses, and individuals. She has also worked in the investment sector with Ngali Holdings Ltd where she was responsible for planning and managing all administrative and operational activities for the CEO and supporting the Senior management of Ngali Holdings.
Leila holds a Master of Arts in International Business Management from the University of Westminster, London, and a Bachelor’s with Honors in Global Financial Management from Regent’s University London.
