Lydia Ingabire is the Senior Capacity Building Program Manager at the Kigali International Financial Centre, a financial Centre facilitating international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
KIFC’s mandate is to position Rwanda as a preferred financial jurisdiction for investments in Africa by offering an attractive, competitive, and investor-friendly environment, fully compliant with international best practices.
Lydia is a program management professional with more than 7 years of experience in Skills Development and Employment promotion.
Prior to joining KIFC, Lydia worked on the USAID-funded Hanga- Akazi program at RTI International, supporting private sector growth. She previously held leadership and advisory roles at the Rwanda Development Board, where she contributed to National workforce development and employability initiatives.
Lydia holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of East London and a Bachelor of Science in Global Studies and Biological Sciences from Belhaven University in the United States.
