Nji Ferdinand TANJI is the International Tax Expert of Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.

Ferdinand is a seasoned tax expert with close to three decades in tax compliance, audits, and advisory services. He specializes in international taxation and transfer pricing, with extensive knowledge of tax systems in the EU and Cameroon. He has demonstrated strategic leadership in both the public and private sectors, managing large‑scale tax audits and complex cross‑border tax issues.

Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Ferdinand worked for Ernst & Young Cameroon as Associate Director for Tax & Legal. Ferdinand also worked for the Ministry of Finance, Cameroon as Principal Inspector of Taxes, Independent Correspondent Reviewer for Tax Treaties signed with African Countries,

Ferdinand holds an Advance Masters in International Tax Law (LLM) from the University of Leiden Netherlands, and a Postgraduate Diploma (Masters Level) from Saïd Business School: University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He also possesses a Bachelor of Laws and a Post graduate diploma from the University of Yaoundé.

Ferdinand is a certified Tax counsel for the CEMAC region. He is also a permanent speaker and participant in international tax symposiums and conferences organised by the IBFD across Africa and the world.
