Terry BAYINGANA is the Event Manager of Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Terry has over 15 years of experience in events management, marketing, resource mobilization, and leadership training.
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Terry worked as a consultant training different corporates on leadership principles. She also managed and coordinated the international leadership conference dubbed Live2Lead in Rwanda, Zimbabwe, and Zambia as well as the Young African Thinkers conventions in Addis Ababa in the African Union, which is an African Union flagship youth event.
Terry is a Vice Board chair of the Project Management Institute of Rwanda.
Terry is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the USA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and Communication from the University of Rwanda.
