Théogène ISHIMWE is the Communications Officer at Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.
Théogène is a communication professional experienced in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, content creation, and strategic communications planning.
Prior to joining Rwanda Finance, Théogène was a Public Relations and Communication Officer at Rwanda Polytechnic Higher Learning Institution. He also worked as a Freelance Reporter at The New Times Rwanda.
Théogène holds a Bachelor of Journalism and Communication with a major in Communication from the National University of Rwanda.
